Executive Black Belt Program
The Executive Black Belt Program was developed to fill a self-defense training void for busy executives, community leaders, and other professionals who can only commit to limited days and times for training. The EBBP is a noncompetitive, yet highly effective, self-defense program and is now available to the public.
EBBP curriculum includes 6 sections: effective striking/kicking/punching, escapes/self-defense techniques, submission ground fighting, reversals, take-down defense techniques, and hand-held weapon defense.
The Executive Black Belt Program (EBBP) classes are formed through an enrollment process. There is a six student minimum to form a class.
EBBP is a 50 hour course with a commitment of 2 hours per week. It generally takes about 6-7 months to complete all 50 hours.
